As the former director of operations for Ladurée, Lavinia and the InterContinental among others, Olivier lives by two mantras: Organization and Processes. He knows the ins and outs of team building and trains accordingly with methodology and common sense. Specializing in quality and organizational audits, he’s a passionate professional.
